Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series mill is a symphony of components: Main Unit, Classifier, Powder Collector, Dust Cleaner, Blower, Muffler, Sound-proof Room, Crusher, Bucket Elevator, Storage Hopper, and Vibrating Feeder.

Hammer crushers reduce large materials to smaller sizes, feeding them to a storage hopper via an elevator. Vibrating feeders then distribute them precisely onto the turn plate's upper echelons.
In operation, electromotors drive the main bearing and each dial via a reducer, with grinding rollers traversing the ring channels propelled by plungers. Centrifugal forces guide materials to the turn plate's edge, cascading them into grinding chambers. Here, relentless roller action presses and grinds materials into finer particles, layering them for continuous processing into micro powder.
