Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series mill is a symphony of components: Main Unit, Classifier, Powder Collector, Dust Cleaner, Blower, Muffler, Sound-proof Room, Crusher, Bucket Elevator, Storage Hopper, and Vibrating Feeder.
 

Hammer crushers reduce large materials to smaller sizes, feeding them to a storage hopper via an elevator. Vibrating feeders then distribute them precisely onto the turn plate's upper echelons.
In operation, electromotors drive the main bearing and each dial via a reducer, with grinding rollers traversing the ring channels propelled by plungers. Centrifugal forces guide materials to the turn plate's edge, cascading them into grinding chambers. Here, relentless roller action presses and grinds materials into finer particles, layering them for continuous processing into micro powder.

The high-pressure air blower induces a stable airflow within the mill, carrying crushed particles. The dynamic classifier's high-speed impeller meticulously sifts the airflow: Unqualified particles are cycled back for further grinding, while qualified particles advance with airflow into the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders descend and exit via the discharge valve at the base; a minority, with airflow, reach the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bag surfaces. Upon sudden vibrations from high-pressure gas ejection, these powders descend, joining the conveyor for packaging. Clean air is then released through the muffler's air outlet.
