Working Principle

The Hammer Crusher is composed of a sturdy frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The frame, ingeniously segmented into upper and lower parts, is fabricated from high-grade steel plates. High-manganese steel liners within the frame ensure durability and can be replaced when worn. The rotor assembly, with its turn plate, pin shafts, and strategically arranged hammers, rotates at high speed. Powerful centrifugal force propels the hammers outward, effectively striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding large materials fed through the inlet, converting them into smaller, refined sizes.

Only the qualified, finely crushed materials are filtered and released through the grate bars' gaps. Material not meeting the size criteria is retained for further processing until the standard size is achieved. Adjust the final product size effortlessly by modifying the grate bars or tweaking the gap between the rotors and grate bars, catering to specific requirements.
