Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Our High Pressure Grinding Mill comes with a comprehensive setup: a robust main unit, efficient reducer, precise powder classifier, advanced cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, powerful blower, control cabinet motor, and connecting pipes. Enhance your setup with optional components like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to desired particle sizes and then transported via bucket elevator to a storage hopper. From there, a vibrating feeder ensures uniform and continuous feeding into the main grinding unit. The resulting powdered material is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier, where particles meeting the fineness criteria progress to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, culminating in their discharge as finished products. The airflow, meticulously managed, ensures a sealed circulation system under well-regulated air pressure dynamics.
