Working Principle
Grinding Process
Experience the seamless grinding process where the main motor, coupled through a reduction gear, spins the grinding plate. As high-pressure air infuses the mill, raw materials gently descend onto the plate's center, courtesy of the screw conveyor feeder. Driven by centrifugal force, they gracefully travel from the plate's center to its edge. During this journey, large material blocks are effortlessly crushed and ground by the robust grinding roller. The resulting fine particles create a material bed, facilitating inter-particle crushing until they transform into the desired fine powder.
The journey of the fine powder continues as it approaches the grinding plate's edge, where it's swept away by a potent airflow at the air ring. Upon encountering the separator above, coarse particles return for further grinding thanks to the rotor blade's precision, while fine particles are whisked away with the airflow, collected, and discharged as a pristine finished powder product by the powder collector.

Powder Production Process Flow
The production journey begins as raw materials are carefully released and transported by a feeding belt conveyor from the raw material hopper. A belt scale governs material weight while an iron remover ensures purity by extracting tramp iron. The materials then ascend via the elevator, passing through an air lock valve and screw conveyor into the mill for pulverization. Once pulverized, qualified powder is separated by the classifier, directed into a tank-type pulse dust collector, and subsequently transported through a screw conveyor and discharge valve to the final product hopper for packaging and direct sale.
Occasionally, a small fraction of coarse materials, termed 'slag,' is discharged by the mill unit, reintroduced into the machine for additional grinding.
Safety is paramount, with the feeding belt conveyor's iron remover safeguarding the ultrafine vertical roller mill's operation.
