Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is a marvel of engineering, featuring a robust frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. Divided into upper and lower sections, the frame is crafted from precision-cut steel plates and reinforced with replaceable high manganese steel liners. The dynamic rotors are composed of a turn plate, pin shafts, and meticulously arranged hammers on the main shaft. When powered by the motor, the rotors spin rapidly within the crushing cavity, propelling the hammers outward with centrifugal force.
Upon entry through the feed inlet, large materials are subjected to striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding by high-speed hammers, reducing them to smaller sizes. Qualified materials effortlessly exit through the gaps of the grate bars, while those that do not meet standards remain in the cavity for further processing. The size of the final product is customizable via adjustable grate bars, and the gap between rotors and bars can also be fine-tuned for specific needs.
Harnessing the power of high-speed rotary hammers, this crusher is a vital tool in industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, and ceramics.
