Application
The Impact Crusher is engineered to crush various mining stones, with a formidable compression resistance capacity reaching up to 320Mpa. It is extensively adopted in mining, metallurgical industry, building materials, highway, railway, and chemical industries, adept at transforming materials into both medium and fine sizes.



Working principle

Harnessing the power of striking energy, the Impact Crusher pulverizes materials.

1.During operation, the motor propels the rotor to spin at high speed, upon which the blow bar is affixed.

2.Upon entering the blow bar's influential zone, materials are forcefully impacted by the bar and hurled towards the impact devices surrounding the rotor.

3.The swift motion compels the material to rebound from the impact liner, repeatedly interacting with the blow bar until crushed to the desired size.

4.Adjust the clearance between the impact rack and rotor to modify end product size and shape precisely.
