Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
In action, the Ultra Fine Grinding Mill orchestrates a symphony of motion as grinding rollers revolve within the ring. Materials are propelled by centrifugal force to the periphery of the turnplate, where they descend into grinding chambers. Here, the materials undergo rigorous pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers.
The high-pressure air blower ensures a continuous intake of air, propelling the crushed material-laden airflow to the classifier. The classifier's high-speed impeller expertly sorts the particles: those not meeting the size criteria are recirculated for further grinding, while qualified particles proceed to the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders gracefully descend to exit through the discharge valve, while finer particles journey with the airflow to the dust cleaner and adhere to filter bags. High-pressure gas pulses induce vibrations, causing the fine powders on the filter to dislodge and be collected. This dual-stream process culminates in the conveyor delivering finished powders for packaging, and filtered air exits via the muffler's outlet.
