Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Immerse yourself in the meticulous process where the grinding mill shines. As it operates, all grinding rollers dynamically roll within the ring. The centrifugal force artfully guides materials to the turnplate's edge, where they descend into the grinding chambers. Here, they are expertly pressed, crushed, and milled by diligent rollers, ensuring precision and quality.
The state-of-the-art high-pressure air blower continuously inhales and circulates air within the grinding mill, crafting an efficient airflow laced with crushed materials. The high-speed impeller classifier meticulously screens this airflow: particles that don't make the grade are returned for further grinding, while qualified ones advance to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of perfected powders descend and exit seamlessly via the discharging valve. Meanwhile, a select few fine powders, carried by the airflow, migrate to the dust cleaner and adhere to the filter bags. Ingeniously, high-pressure gas triggered by the pulse valve causes a sudden vibration, leading the clinging powders to gracefully fall. These materials are then conveyed to their final destination for packaging. Finally, the muffler's air outlet ensures the emission of clean, filtered air, maintaining an eco-friendly environment.
