Operating Principle of the Industry Electric Pulverizer Raymond Vertical Mill
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to optimal sizes, then transported via a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, where they are steadily fed into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for meticulous grinding. Bevel gears drive the central shaft's rotation, connected to a grinding roller hanger at its apex. A grinding roller device is affixed, forming a dynamic pivot. This device not only rotates around the central shaft but also revolves along the grinding ring, with the grinding roller engaging in rotation. Itself due to friction-induced movement. The roller hanger features a shovel blade at its base, working in harmony with the grinding roller to lift and feed materials between the grinding rollers and rings during concurrent rotations, establishing a bedding layer. This layer exerts a centrifugal extrusion force from the rotating grinding roller, effectively crushing the materials.The finely ground powder is gracefully transported by the airflow from the blower to the meticulous classifier. Particles achieving the desired fineness glide effortlessly into the cyclone collector via the connecting pipe, where they are meticulously separated and collected.
