Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The sophisticated configuration includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance your setup with optional accessories like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials are expertly crushed by a jaw crusher to required particle sizes, then elevated to a storage hopper. They are uniformly and consistently fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for precise grinding. The finely grinded powder is swiftly transported by airflow from the blower to the classifier. Particles meeting fineness criteria are collected in a cyclone collector, discharged at the valve as finished products. The entire system functions in a sealed circulation, maintained under positive and negative air pressure.
