Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill comes with an adept configuration that includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and interconnecting pipes. Elevate your setup with optional accessories like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder to enhance performance and efficiency.
Start with the crushing of large materials using a jaw crusher to achieve desirable particle sizes. These are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. They are fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resultant fine powder is whisked away by airflow from the blower into the classifier for precise classification. Particles that achieve the required fineness are transported to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, emerging as finished products at the discharge valve. The entire airflow system is meticulously designed as a sealed circulation, operating under both positive and negative air pressure for optimal functionality.
