Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Experience seamless operation as the grinding mill sets to work. All grinding rollers rotate in the ring, propelling materials to the turnplate's edge via centrifugal force. Here, materials descend into grinding chambers where they undergo repetitive pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers.
Our high-pressure air blower invigorates airflow within the mill, propelling crushed materials forward. The high-speed impeller of the classifier deftly sifts through the airflow: particles not meeting size criteria are recirculated for additional grinding, while those that qualify seamlessly transition into the cyclone powder collector. Here, most powders exit efficiently through a discharging valve; a select few continue with the airflow to the dust cleaner. Filter bags capture these fine powders, which are then liberated by the pulse valve’s sudden, high-pressure gas emissions. The dual-stream of finely processed materials advances via conveyor to final packaging. Enjoy the benefit of filtered air emitted silently from the muffler’s air outlet.
