Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Experience the seamless operation where all grinding rollers briskly roll within the ring. The materials, propelled to the turnplate's edge by centrifugal force, descend into grinding chambers. Here, they are meticulously pressed, crushed, and ground by the rollers.
A high-pressure air blower dynamically draws air into the mill, transforming the airflow into a vehicle for crushed materials towards the classifier. The high-speed impeller expertly sifts the airflow, redirecting unqualified particles back for regrinding, while qualified particles proceed into the cyclone powder collector. Here, most qualified powders descend and exit via the discharging valve, while finer particles, carried with airflow, are captured by the dust cleaner's filter bags. A sudden filter bag vibration, triggered by instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by a pulse valve, dislodges the powders clinging to the surface. These materials, consolidated from both collection points, are conveyed to be packed as finished powders. Additionally, the system ensures clean air is released through the muffler's outlet.
