Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
As the grinding mill operates, a symphony of motion ensues. The grinding rollers tirelessly roll within the ring, propelling materials to the turnplate's edge. Here, centrifugal forces initiate a process of pressing, crushing, and grinding within dedicated chambers, culminating in a meticulous refinement of materials.
The high-pressure air blower perpetually draws air into the mill, symbiotically merging airflow with crushed materials. This mixture is ushered to the classifier, where the high-speed impeller diligently separates and screens: unqualified particles are ushered back for further grinding, while qualified sizes advance to the cyclone powder collector. With precision, most powders descend for discharge, though finer particles may journey to the dust cleaner. Here, they adhere to filter bags, later dislodged by the pulse valve's high-pressure gas burst. These refined materials, from multiple stages, converge via conveyor for final packaging, while purified air finds its exit through the muffler's outlet.
