Working Principle of the HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

Our HGM series micro powder grinding mill stands out, featuring a sophisticated assembly of the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, ensuring top-tier performance and precision.

Through the robust hammer crusher, large materials are efficiently reduced in size and conveyed into the storage hopper by an elevator, before being evenly distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate via a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the main bearing and dials are expertly driven by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, orchestrating the seamless rolling of grinding rollers in the ring channels. Propelled by the dial through a plunger, materials are whisked to the edge of the turn plate by centrifugal force, cascading into the grinding chambers. Within these chambers, materials undergo repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, forming multiple layers for continuous transformation into micro powder. ensuring seamless production of micro powders.

Complementing this process, the high-pressure air blower efficiently draws air into the grinding mill, facilitating airflow laden with finely crushed materials to meet the classifier's high-speed impeller for precision screening. The careful screening process: ensures unqualified particles descend for regrinding, while qualified particles, mingled with air, proceed to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of quality powders effortlessly exit via the discharging valve at the base, while a select fraction joins the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. The sudden pulse from high-pressure gas, controlled by the pulse valve, releases the powder to the conveyor for efficient packaging. Finally, the remaining clean air is seamlessly vented from the muffler's air outlet.
