Working principle of the Ultrafine Vertical Mill:
Driven by a motor through a reducer, the grinding disc operates seamlessly as materials fall onto it from the feed opening. Centrifugal force propels the materials to the disc's edge, where rollers crush them into ultrafine powders. Hot air from the nozzle elevates the fine powder to a high-efficiency classifier. The desirable powder is collected by the air in the powder collector, while the rest is cycled back for further grinding.
