Working Principle of the Ultrafine Vertical Mill:
Powered by a motor through a reducer, the grinding disc receives material from the feed opening. Centrifugal force propels the material to the disc's edge, where rollers crush it into fine powder. This is then carried by hot air through a high-efficiency classifier. Qualified powder proceeds to the powder collector, while unqualified powder is returned for additional grinding, ensuring optimal efficiency and refinement.
