Working Principle of the Ultrafine Vertical Mill:
Driven by a motor through a reducer, the grinding disc propels materials from the feed opening to the disc's edge, where centrifugal force enables the rollers to crush them into ultrafine powders. The hot air from the nozzle elevates these powders to a high-efficiency classifier. Only the qualified powders are conveyed to the powder collector, while those that require further grinding are returned.
