The Working Principle of the YGM Series Micro Powder Raymond Mill: A testament to cutting-edge technology and design excellence.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to required sizes, lifted by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and fed consistently by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The bevel gear engages the central shaft, which is connected to a grinding roller hanger. This system facilitates both central and rotational movement of the grinding roller around the grinding ring, driven by friction. itself The grinding roller hanger includes a shovel blade that aids in feeding the material between the the grinding rollers and ring. This process forms a bedding layer, generating outward centrifugal force (or extrusion force) as the grinding roller rotates, effectively crushing the materials with precision and power. The finely grinded powder embarks on a journey through the expertly engineered system, carried by the powerful airflow from the blower to the high-precision classifier. Here, particles are meticulously classified by fineness. Those meeting the desired specifications are channeled through pipes into the cyclone collector, where they are efficiently separated and collected. Exiting through the discharging valve, these particles become the pristine finished products. The airflow, now a part of a seamless sealed circulation, travels back to the blower through the return pipe atop the cyclone collector, circulating under a harmonious balance of positive and negative air pressure.
