Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Our top-tier High Pressure Grinding Mill features a comprehensive configuration encompassing a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, and control cabinet motor with an intricate network of pipes. Optional enhancements include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder, providing a customizable experience.
The journey of materials through our High Pressure Grinding Mill begins as they are first crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle size. These are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, from which they are fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The resultant finely-ground powder is carried by an airflow from the blower to a classifier for classification. Particles that meet the fineness criteria proceed to the cyclone collector through pipes, where they are separated and collected, culminating in them being discharged as finished products. The entire airflow system operates as a sealed circulation under a blend of positive and negative air pressures, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
