Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill's robust design includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, and control cabinet motor with pipes. Enhance functionality with optional accessories like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials undergo initial crushing by a jaw crusher to achieve desired particle sizes, then transported via a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. Subsequently, they are evenly fed into the main unit by a vibrating feeder for thorough grinding. The finely ground powder is carried by the airflow to the classifier, where it's separated and collected if it meets fineness criteria, before exiting as a high-quality finished product. The entire system ensures smooth, sealed circulation under controlled air pressure conditions.
