Internal structure and Working Principle of Ultrafine vertical roller mill:
Elegant in its engineering, this mill is composed of a motor, reduction gear, grinding rollers, a grinding plate, pressure-applying device, classifier, sturdy mill body, oil station, and an advanced electrical system.
The grinding disc operates smoothly, driven by a motor through a reducer. Material gracefully descends to the disc from the feed opening. With centrifugal force, materials edge towards the disc and transform into fine powders under the rollers. Hot air lifts these fine powders to a high-efficiency classifier, ensuring only quality powders reach the collector, while the rest is reintroduced for further refinement.
Ultrafine vertical roller millEffortlessly grinds non-flammable and non-explosive materials below 7 on the Moh's hardness scale. Perfectly suited for minerals like quartz, dolomite, feldspar, and calcite, it is also ideal for talcum, barite, fluorite, iron ore, copper ore quartz. Moreover, it specializes in handling slag, cement clinker, zircon sand, fly ash, carborundum, coal, and more.
