Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Our High Pressure Grinding Mill boasts an intricate configuration featuring the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional add-ons such as the crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder enhance functionality.
Large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher to the desired particle size. They are then transported by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper and fed evenly into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is conveyed via airflow to the classifier, where it is segregated, with compliant particles entering the cyclone collector for final separation and collection. Discharge occurs at the valve, rendering them ready as finished products. The entire airflow system operates in a sealed cycle, maintaining balanced positive and negative air pressures.
