Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The standard configuration of the High Pressure Grinding Mill features a robust main unit, precise reducer, efficient powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, effective dust cleaner, powerful blower, comprehensive control cabinet, motor, and pipes. For enhanced functionality, optional accessories like crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available.
Large materials are initially crushed to optimal sizes by a jaw crusher. These materials are then conveyed via bucket elevator to a storage hopper, where they are uniformly fed into the main unit through a vibrating feeder for grinding. The produced powder is transported by airflow from the blower to the classifier for grading. Particles meeting the required fineness are directed into the cyclone collector for separation and collection. The final products are released at the discharging valve. The entire airflow system operates in a sealed circulation, maintaining an optimal balance of positive and negative air pressure.
