Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is thoughtfully engineered with a comprehensive configuration that includes a main unit, reducer, sophisticated powder classifier, efficient cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, powerful blower, and control cabinet motor along with an intricate network of pipes. For enhanced functionality, consider optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder to elevate your milling process.
In the precision-driven process, large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to achieve the desired particle sizes. These are then conveyed by a bucket elevator to the storage hopper, ready to be fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for meticulous grinding. The resulting finely grinded powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for precise classification. Particles meeting the fineness criteria enter the cyclone collector through a pipe and are effectively separated and collected. Ultimately, they are discharged through the discharging valve as polished finished products. This entire airflow system operates in a sealed circulation, efficiently maintained under positive and negative air pressure.
