It integrates a pressure-applying device and a state-of-the-art classifier, encased in a durable mill body. Supported by a sophisticated oil station and a comprehensive electrical system, it promises reliability and efficiency.
Harness the power of innovation as the grinding disc, powered by a responsive motor via a reducer, ensures optimal material flow from the feed opening to the disc. Centrifugal force propels the materials to the disc’s edge, where precision rollers expertly crush them into ultrafine powders. A stream of hot air from the nozzle ensures that only qualified powders reach the high-efficiency classifier and are collected efficiently, while any unqualified particles are seamlessly redirected for regrinding.
