Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:

The standard configuration of High Pressure Grinding Mill consists of a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional accessories include a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.

Oversized materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the desired particle size. They are then transported via a bucket elevator to the storage hopper, where a vibrating feeder evenly and continuously delivers them into the main grinding unit. The resulting finely ground powder is carried by airflow from the blower to the classifier for separation; particles meeting the fineness criteria are channeled to a cyclone collector for collection. The discharge valve releases finished products while the airflow is recirculated back to the blower via a return pipe atop the cyclone collector. This entire airflow system operates as a sealed circulation under both positive and negative pressure conditions.
