Working Principle

Experience precision engineering: Large materials are expertly crushed by a jaw crusher, achieving the perfect particle size. They're then elevated to a storage hopper and fed into the main unit. Post-grinding, the powder is transported by airflow to a classifier. If it meets fineness criteria, it enters the cyclone collector, where it's separated, collected, and exits as a finished product. This closed system circulates under controlled air pressure, ensuring efficient operation.

• Triple vibrating damping for working stability

Triple damping to resist the vibrating transmit in the main unit base, volute airflow house, unit body, grinding part. Be sure the stable grinding condition.
 

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
