Brief Introduction of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The Micro Powder Grinding Mill is a masterpiece of innovation crafted by our R&D team, developed through extensive testing and multiple innovations.
Specializing in materials that are non-inflammable, non-explosive, and brittle, with Moh's hardness of less than six, this mill is capable of processing over 100 types of materials including calcite, chalk, limestone, and dolomite.
Achieve exceptional precision with adjustable grinding fineness ranging from 325 meshes to an ultra-fine 2500 mesh (47-5 micron). The fineness can reach an impressive D97.Effectively supersedes the jet mill and ball mill, streamlining production flow, slashing costs, and boosting powder finesse to unparalleled levels.

Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series Micro Powder Grinding Mill comprises key components including the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.
 

Once crushed by the hammer crusher, large materials transform into smaller pieces, progressing to the storage hopper via elevator, and are then precisely fed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.
During operation, the main bearing and each dial are activated by the electromotor of the main equipment through a reducer, leading all grinding rollers to roll within the ring channels propelled by dial through a plunger. Materials are driven to the plate's edge by centrifugal force, descending into the grinding chambers where they undergo continuous pressure, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, forming layers that are sequentially crushed and ground to achieve micro powder consistency.

The high-pressure air blower plays a pivotal role by drawing air into the grinding mill, generating airflow that carries crushed materials towards the classifier, where the high-speed impeller screens the airflow effectively: Particles not meeting the size criteria revert for regrinding, while qualified particles blend with air, advancing to the cyclone powder collector. The majority of qualified powders descend and exit via the discharging valve located at the bottom. A fraction of finer powders travels with airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. The sudden vibration from the pulse valve instigates fine powders to detach and fall, collected and packed by the conveyor at the base. The entire process ensures clean air is released from the muffler's air outlet.
