Brief Introduction of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

Our Micro Powder Grinding Mill is the result of relentless innovation and rigorous testing by our R&D department, combining advanced technology with practical application.
Specifically engineered for non-inflammable, non-explosive, and brittle materials with Moh's hardness below six, including Calcite, Chalk, Limestone, Dolomite, and over 100 other materials, ensuring versatility and reliability.
Achieve superior quality with final fineness adjustable between 325 meshes and 2500 mesh (47-5 micron), reaching product fineness up to D97.The mill has effectively replaced traditional equipment like the jet mill and ball mill, streamlining processes, cutting production costs, and enhancing powder fineness.

Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill consists of key components like the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, all working in perfect harmony.
 

Large materials undergo initial crushing by the hammer crusher, reducing them to smaller sizes. They are then lifted to the storage hopper and evenly distributed onto the turn plate's upper distribution plate via the vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.
During operation, the main bearing and each dial are powered by the equipment's electromotor through a reducer, setting all grinding rollers to move within ring channels via dial-driven plungers. Centrifugal force pushes materials to the turn plate's edge, directing them into the grinding chambers where relentless pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers continuously reduce materials to micro powder. The process ensures a seamless transition to micro powder.

The high-pressure air blower consistently draws air into the grinding mill, creating airflow that carries crushed materials to the classifier where a high-speed impeller screens the airflow: particles that don't meet specifications return to the mill for further grinding, while compliant particles merge with air and move to the cyclone powder collector. Most qualified powders descend and discharge from the bottom valve, while a fraction of fine powders travels with airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. A sudden high-pressure gas pulse causes filter bags to vibrate, dislodging and collecting the powders. These materials are then conveyed to the bottom for packaging. Clean air is finally released through the muffler's air outlet.
