Working Principle

Witness the sophisticated and seamless operation: Large materials are initially crushed to desired particle sizes by a jaw crusher. They are then elevated into a storage hopper and fed consistently into the main unit by a vibrating feeder. As the materials are ground, the resulting powder is conveyed by blower-driven airflow to a classifier for sorting. Particles meeting the fineness criteria are siphoned into a cyclone collector, where they are separated, collected, and discharged as finished products. The entire airflow system operates as a sealed circuit, maintaining circulation under both positive and negative air pressures.

• New type impeller of classifier with VFD

Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-425 mesh.
 

• Grinding device adopts superimposed multistage seal, prolong the lubricating cycle.
