Brief Introduction of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

The HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill represents the pinnacle of design by our dedicated R&D department, built on a foundation of extensive innovation and rigorous testing.
Primarily designed for non-inflammable, non-explosive, and brittle materials with a Moh's hardness under six, including calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, and over 100 other materials.
With the capability to adjust the final fineness of grinding materials between 325 and 2500 mesh (47-5 micron), achieving product fineness up to D97.Achieve fineness of <=5μm, replacing traditional mills like jet or ball mills, thus simplifying operations, reducing production costs, and enhancing final powder quality.

Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill

Composed of integral components such as the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder for comprehensive operations.
 

Through efficient crushing by the hammer crusher, large materials are transformed into smaller ones, stored, and evenly distributed for optimal grinding.
During operation, the main bearing and dials are driven by the electromotor through a reducer, initiating the grinding rollers. Rolling in ring channels, the rollers drive materials to the edge of the turn plate by centrifugal force, directing them into grinding chambers. In the grinding chambers, materials are meticulously pressed, crushed, and ground by rollers, ensuring a continuous production of micro powder. continuously to micro powder.

The high-pressure air blower ensures consistent air inhalation within the mill, facilitating a seamless airflow process. As air streams carry crushed materials to the classifier, its high-speed impeller skillfully screens the airflow. will screen the airflow: Unqualified particles are returned for regrinding while air-mixed qualified particles are directed to the cyclone powder collector. Qualified powders descend and exit via the discharging valve, ensuring efficient collection and production.
