Working Principle of HGM Ring Roller Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill features an integrated main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder, all meticulously engineered for superior performance.

Initially, materials are efficiently reduced in size by the hammer crusher, then transitioned smoothly to a storage hopper via the elevator, followed by a precise distribution to the upper plate of the turn plate via a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

As the grinding mill operates, an electromotor drives the main bearing and each dial through a reducer, ensuring all grinding rollers are optimally engaged within the ring channels, powered by the dial through plunger. Centrifugal force expertly guides materials to the turn plate edge, channeling them into the grinding chambers where they undergo continuous pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers. This process efficiently transforms materials into micro powder. Ensuring consistent micro powder production.

The high-pressure air blower maintains a consistent air influx within the grinding mill, enhancing airflow dynamics that transport crushed materials to the classifier, equipped with a high-speed impeller. It efficiently screens the airflow: Unqualified particles are recycled for regrinding, while qualified particles merge with air, progressing to the cyclone powder collector. Here, the majority of qualified powders descend and exit through the discharging valve, while a fraction, with airflow, navigates to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. Subsequent vibrations, induced by pulse valve-controlled high-pressure gas, facilitate the descent of fine powders, which along with earlier batches, are conveyed to packaging. Additionally, filtered air exits via the muffler's air outlet, ensuring an eco-friendly process.
