Working principle

The Impact Crusher harnesses the power of striking energy to obliterate materials, setting a new standard in crushing technology.

1.When activated, the motor propels the rotor at high speed, readying the blow bar for its impactful task.

2.Upon entering the blow bar's domain, materials are swiftly struck and propelled toward the strategically placed impact devices surrounding the rotor.

3.The rapid force causes materials to rebound off the impact liner, repeatedly interacting with the blow bar until they achieve the desired size.

4.Adjustable clearances between the impact rack and rotor allow for customization of the end product's size and shape, enhancing versatility.
