Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Our High Pressure Grinding Mill is expertly configured with a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet, motor, and connecting pipes. Optional accessories, such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder, are available to enhance functionality.
Large materials are initially crushed by the jaw crusher into requisite particle sizes, transported by the bucket elevator to a storage hopper, and then fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for superior grinding results. The finely ground powder is carried by the blower's airflow to the classifier for precise classification. Particles that achieve fineness enter the cyclone collector through a pipe for separation and collection, thereafter being discharged via the discharging valve as finished products. The airflow is meticulously circulated back to the blower via a return pipe atop the cyclone collector, creating a sealed, efficient circulation system under balanced air pressure.
