Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill boasts an ingeniously designed structure, comprising a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, the hammer crusher skillfully reduces large materials into smaller, more manageable pieces, which are then transported to the storage hopper using an elevator. These pieces are subsequently distributed to the turn plate's upper distribution plate via a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

During operation, the electromotor efficiently drives the main bearing and each dial through a reducer, setting all grinding rollersin motion within the ring channels, guided by the dial's movement through plungers. Centrifugal force effectively propels materials toward the edge of the turn plate and into the grinding chamberswhere they are continually pressed, crushed, and finely ground by the rollers into superb micro powder.

The high-pressure air blowerdraws in air into the grinding mill, creating an airflow thatcarries the crushed materials to a high-performance classifier, where the high-speed impeller preciselyscreens the airflow: Unqualified particles are efficiently returned to the mill for regrinding, while the qualified particles seamlessly mingle with the air, progressing into the cyclone powder collector.Most qualified powders gracefully descend and exit via the discharging valveat the bottom. A small fraction of the finest powders travels with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. They then fall due to the sudden vibration from high-pressure gas ejected by the pulse valve, efficiently packing the materials. The filtered clean air is eventually released through the muffler air outlet.
