Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Experience innovation at work: as the grinding mill operates, the rollers elegantly glide along the ring, driving materials to the turnplate's edge where centrifugal force gracefully guides them into grinding chambers. Here, they are methodically pressed, crushed, and ground to perfection.
An advanced high-pressure air blower draws in air, creating a dynamic airflow that transports crushed materials to the high-speed impeller classifier. Particles not meeting specifications return for refinement, while the perfected particles continue to the cyclone powder collector. Most exit through the discharging valve, while some journey with airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. A remarkable pulse valve-driven vibration releases the fine powder, concluding with a conveyor transport to packaging. Clean air completes the cycle, exiting via the muffler air outlet.
