Working Principle of HGM Ultra Fine Grinding Mill

The HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a masterfully orchestrated ensemble, featuring a main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.

Initially, substantial material chunks are skillfully reduced by the hammer crusher into smaller pieces, which are then seamlessly transported to the storage hopper via an elevator, followed by meticulous distribution to the turn plate's upper distribution plate through a vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.

Upon activation, the electromotor effortlessly drives the main bearing and each dial via a reducer, propelling all grinding rollersinto synchronized motion within the ring channels, orchestrated by the dial through plungers. Centrifugal force dynamically directs materials towards the turn plate's edge, leading them into the grinding chamberswhere they endure continuous pressing, crushing, and grinding by the rollers, evolving into micro powder.

The high-pressure air blowerintroduces a robust stream of air into the grinding mill, with this airflowtransporting the finely crushed materials to a classifier, where a high-speed impellermeticulously screens the airflow: Unqualified particles are efficiently cycled back to the mill for further grinding, while qualified particles are seamlessly carried with the air into the cyclone powder collector.The majority of qualified powders gracefully descend and are discharged through the exit valvestrategically situated at the bottom. A minor fraction of the finest powders accompany the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags, which then gracefully descend due to the sudden high-pressure gas pulse emitted by the valve, ensuring efficient material packing. The filtered clean air is released through the muffler air outlet, ensuring a serene environment.
