Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is ingeniously crafted with a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Optional accessories enhance versatility, including a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials are expertly crushed by a jaw crusher into particle sizes ideal for processing, transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. From there, they are precisely fed by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The finely ground powder is conveyed by blower airflow to the classifier for grading. Particles meeting fineness criteria are collected in the cyclone collector, then smoothly discharged as finished products. The meticulously engineered airflow system is a sealed circuit, maintaining circulation under positive and negative air pressures.
