Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The standard configuration of High Pressure Grinding Mill includes a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, and control cabinet motor and pipes. Optional accessories are a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to the required particle sizes. They are then transported by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper, fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The processed powder is carried by the airflow from the blower to a classifier for classification. Particles meeting the fineness standard enter the cyclone collector, where they are separated, collected, and discharged as finished products at the discharging valve. The airflow is recirculated back to the blower through a return pipe atop the cyclone collector. This whole airflow system operates under a sealed circulation with both positive and negative air pressure.
