Working Principle of Hammer Crusher:
The PC Hammer Crusher is a powerhouse of innovation, comprising a robust frame, dynamic rotor, sturdy support iron, and precision-engineered grate bars. This intricately designed frame is ingeniously split into upper and lower sections, seamlessly welded from cut steel plates. Within, high manganese steel liners await replacement when worn. The rotor, a marvel of engineering, features turn plates, pin shafts, and meticulously arranged hammers on the main shaft. Driven by the motor, the rotor spins rapidly within the crushing cavity, propelling the hammers outward through centrifugal force, ensuring an efficient crushing process.
As large materials make their way through the feed inlet into our crusher, they are subjected to a symphony of striking, impacting, cutting, and grinding by the high-speed hammers, reducing them to finer dimensions. Those meeting the quality threshold are sifted through and expelled via the grate bar gap, while others remain in the cavity for further refinement. Tailor the final product size by adjusting the grate bars, and fine-tune the gap between rotors and grate bars to match specific requirements.
