Introducing the HGM Series Micro Powder Grinding Mill: a marvel of engineering that flawlessly integrates the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and a masterfully designed vibrating feeder.
After the formidable hammer crusher reduces large materials to manageable sizes, they are smoothly elevated to the storage hopper. From there, they are meticulously directed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by the trustworthy vibrating feeder and precisely angled feeding pipe.
During operation, the grinding mill's essential components, including the main bearing and dials, are energized by the main equipment's electromotor through a reducer, orchestrating a harmonious performance of grinding rollers.These rollers gracefully navigate the ring channels, driven by the dial through a robust plunger. Centrifugal force expertly guides the materials to the periphery of the turn plate, ushering them into the grinding chambers for processing.Within the grinding chambers, materials face relentless pressing, crushing, and grinding from the dedicated rollers, resulting in a multi-layered cascade of thorough crushing and grounding.This rigorous process persists until the materials are transformed into ultra-fine micro powder, ready for further applications.
