Insightful Working Principle of the Ultra Fine Grinding Mill:
In operation, the grinding mill's rollers revolve in the ring, pushing materials to the turnplate's edge via centrifugal force. Here, they descend into grinding chambers, where rollers systematically press, crush, and grind them, transforming raw materials into fine powders.
The relentless high-pressure air blower draws air within the mill, propelling crushed materials to the classifier. Its high-speed impeller sieves the airflow: unqualified particles loop back for further grinding, while qualified ones head to the cyclone collector. Most qualified powders descend and exit via the discharging valve. Meanwhile, some fine powders hitch a ride with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to filter bags. A sudden pulse of high-pressure gas dislodges them, allowing conveyor delivery of finished powders. Finally, purified air exits quietly through the muffler's air outlet.
