Working Principle of PC Mining Used Portable Stone Hammer Crusher

The hammer crusher is ingeniously constructed with a frame, rotor, support iron, and grate bars. The robust frame is split into upper and lower sections, securely welded from precision-cut steel plates. High manganese steel liners are easily replaceable once worn. The dynamic rotors, comprising turn plates, pin shafts, and evenly grouped hammers, spin rapidly under motor power, causing hammers to radiate outward due to centrifugal force. Large materials entering through the feed inlet encounter the high-speed hammers, being struck, impacted, cut, and ground down to size.

Materials meeting quality standards are screened out and exit through the grate bars, while larger pieces remain for further reduction. Adjust the final product size by altering the grate bars. Customize the gap between rotors and bars to match specific needs.
