Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The standard configuration of the High Pressure Grinding Mill includes the main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. For added versatility, optional accessories such as a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder are available.
Start with large materials, which are precisely crushed by the jaw crusher to the required particle sizes. These are then efficiently transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, they are fed evenly and continuously by a vibrating feeder into the main unit for grinding. The finely milled powder is carried by the blower's airflow to the classifier for classification. Only particles meeting the fineness criteria enter the cyclone collector through the pipe for separation and collection. Upon reaching the discharge valve, they are transformed into finished products. The airflow is ingeniously directed back to the blower by the return pipe located atop the cyclone collector. This entire airflow system is a seamless sealed circulation, effectively operating under both positive and negative air pressure.
