Working Principle of Ultra Fine Grinding Mill
Experience the meticulous operation of our Ultra Fine Grinding Mill. As it operates, all grinding rollers dynamically roll within the ring, expertly directing materials to the edge of the turnplate through centrifugal force. Here, they cascade into the grinding chambers, undergoing repeated pressing, crushing, and grinding by the forceful rollers.
Our innovative high-pressure air blower continuously draws air through the mill, creating a seamless airflow that carries the finely crushed materials to the high-speed classifier. Here, the impeller separates particles, sending those of unqualified size back for further refinement. Meanwhile, qualified particles seamlessly mix with the air and progress to the cyclone powder collector, exiting through the discharging valve. A fraction of the fine powders adheres to filter bags, dislodged by pulse-controlled high-pressure gas. Both portions are ultimately conveyed to produce finished powders, while clean air is quietly released through the muffler's outlet.
