Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
The High Pressure Grinding Mill is meticulously engineered with a complete set of components: a main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes. Enhance your system with optional add-ons like a crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder.
Large materials initially undergo crushing by a jaw crusher to achieve optimal particle sizes. These then ascend via a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, a vibrating feeder delivers the material consistently into the main unit for a refined grinding process. The resulting powder is transported by the airflow from the blower to the classifier for separation. Particles meeting fineness specifications proceed to the cyclone collector for final collection and discharge as finished products. The innovative, sealed circulation system employs both positive and negative air pressure to maintain efficiency.
