Working Principle of HGM Micro Powder Grinding Mill
Introducing the HGM Series Micro Powder Grinding Mill: a masterful creation that seamlessly integrates the main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and a precision-engineered vibrating feeder.
Once the mighty hammer crusher has pulverized the large materials into manageable sizes, they are gracefully transported to the storage hopper by the elevator. From there, they are meticulously distributed to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by the reliable vibrating feeder and precisely angled feeding pipe.
In the midst of operation, the grinding mill's core components, led by the main bearing and each dial, are activated by the electromotor of the main equipment via a reducer, orchestrating a symphony of grinding rollers. These rollers elegantly traverse the ring channels, propelled by the dial through a sturdy plunger. The centrifugal force skillfully guides the materials to the edge of the turn plate, ushering them into the grinding chambers. Within these grinding chambers, materials are treated to relentless pressing, crushing, and grinding by the dedicated rollers, resulting in a multi-layered cascade for thorough crushing and grounding. This relentless process continues until the materials are transformed into ultra-fine micro powder.
The high-pressure air blower acts as a constant force, drawing in air within the grinding mill, creating an effective airflow. This airflow, carrying the crushed materials, is channeled to the classifier where its high-speed impeller works diligently. The classifier's impeller screens the airflow meticulously: Particles failing to meet the size criteria are redirected back into the mill for refinement, while those meeting the standard are carried onward with the air into the cyclone powder collector. The majority of these finely qualified powders descend gracefully, exiting through the discharging valve at the base. Meanwhile, a fraction of the fine powders travels with the airflow to the dust cleaner, adhering to the filter bags' surface. The sudden, vigorous vibration induced by the pulse valve releases these powders, sending them to be collected. The finished powders from both processes are expertly conveyed for packaging, while the cleansed air is smoothly emitted through the muffler's air outlet.
