Working Principle of Barite Stone Powder Grinding Machine
After crushing by a hammer crusher, large materials transform into smaller fragments, stored in a hopper via an elevator. They are then uniformly distributed to the upper plate of the turn plate by a vibrating feeder. During operation, the main bearing and each dial are powered by electromotors through a reducer, driving grinding rollers to rotate in the ring channels. Centrifugal force propels materials to the turn plate's edge, cascading into grinding chambers. The high-pressure air blower continuously introduces air, carrying crushed materials to a classifier with a high-speed impeller. Unqualified particles are re-ground, while qualified particles mix with air, traveling to a cyclone powder collector and exiting through a discharging valve. A minor fraction of fine powders, carried with airflow, is routed to a dust cleaner. The materials converge via a conveyor to achieve final powder packing, with filtered clean air emitted from a muffler at the conclusion.
