Internal structure and Working Principle of High Pressure Grinding Mill:
Configured with a sophisticated setup of main unit, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipes, with optional accessories like crusher, bucket elevator, and feeder for enhanced functionality.
Large materials are initially crushed by a jaw crusher to a manageable size. These crushed materials are then transported via a bucket elevator to the storage hopper. From there, a vibrating feeder introduces them steadily into the main unit for a thorough grinding process. The resulting fine powder is swept by blower-generated airflow to a classifier, ensuring it's classified accurately. Particles meeting specified fineness proceed to the cyclone collector for separation and collection, finally emerging as finished products at the discharge valve. A sealed airflow system circulates under dynamic pressure conditions, optimizing both positive and negative pressure points for flawless operation.
